Return Policy
We do not accept returns, however exchanges which follow our policy are allowed. If you are unhappy with the color of your hair system or wig, do not take it out of the hair net or take off the tags. Illinois Law does not allow us to resell hair pieces that have been handled or worn. You must notify us by e-mail within 5 (five) business days of receiving your order and we must receive your merchandise you wish to exchange within 10 (ten) business days of receiving your order. Please remember to insure and track your package as we cannot be liable for any lost of stolen merchandise.
Exchange Policy:
- There will be a 20% restocking fee of the purchased amount. In addition, standard shipping charges for the exchanged item to be mailed out to the customer will be charged.
- We allow one exchange per item. Once you have received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made. Although we have a well stocked store, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer. Most of our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them and Shears To You cannot incur the cost of the system so please order carefully.
- Since all monitors are different, color swatches on the website can vary so we encourage all of our clients ordering hair systems to purchase a color ring which is $40.00. This way you can be sure to be happy with your purchase.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Remember there is no substitute for an in-salon consultation for proper and perfect results. However, we know that a lot of our clients are not within our area and hope our products we offer you on our website give you results you will love!
Color Ring Sample:
We do not accept returns for Color Ring Samples. If you ship back the color ring (at your own expense), we will gladly apply the $50 purchase price as a credit toward your current hair piece order. A copy of the receipt for your hair piece purchase must accompany the Color Ring in order to receive the credit. Credit will only be issued in the same method used for purchasing.
